Jannelys Aviles Aguilar M.D.

Dr. Aviles Biography,

Born on the beautiful island of Puerto RicoDr. Avilés grew up surrounded by family, culture, and a deep sense of community. From a young age, she was inspired by the compassion of local doctors who cared not only for their patients’ health but also for their hearts. That early influence shaped her belief that medicine is not just about treating illness, it’s about listening, understanding, and healing the whole person.

After completing her medical education, Dr. Avilés pursued a career dedicated to primary care, where she could build long-lasting relationships with patients and help them take control of their well-being. Her approach is rooted in empathy, trust, and the belief that everyone deserves access to quality, personalized healthcare, no matter their background or circumstance.

Today, she brings her warmth and kindness to every encounter, offering care that feels like family. Whether treating chronic conditions, promoting healthy living, or simply listening when someone needs it most, her mission remains the same: to make healthcare human again.

Abdul Rezahi m.d.

Dr. Abdul Rezahi’s journey into medicine began far from classrooms and textbooks. Born in war-torn Afghanistan, his childhood was shaped by conflict, hardship, and life in refugee camps after fleeing Taliban persecution. Surrounded by illness, poverty, and loss, he made a vow early on: to one day become a doctor who would treat people with dignity, compassion, and humanity.

Education and Training

True to that promise, Dr. Rezahi pursued his studies with unwavering determination. He graduated from Westminster College with a degree in Biochemistry, then earned his Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from the University of Health Sciences Antigua. His medical internship at Yauco Pavia Hospital exposed him to a wide range of specialties including surgery, orthopedics, internal medicine, psychiatry, and obstetrics/gynecology, giving him a strong and diverse clinical foundation.

Clinical Experience

Over the past five years, Dr. Rezahi has practiced extensively in both the Emergency Department and Outpatient Adult and Geriatric Care, helping patients through critical, urgent moments as well as guiding them in long-term wellness.

His Philosophy

Dr. Rezahi does not see himself as a hero. He believes the true heroes are his patients, the mothers, fathers, grandparents, and young adults striving each day to live healthier, fuller lives. His role is to be the engine that empowers them, combining medical expertise with empathy and respect for the whole person.

With Dr. Rezahi, care goes beyond medicine. It is about trust, hope, and the belief that every life deserves dignity and vitality.
